For a Cancer Full Moon practice I like to use poses that focus on emotional well-being, nurturing, and grounding.

Child's Pose (Balasana) is a restorative and grounding yoga pose that can help you connect with the energy of the moon and promote a sense of comfort and security.

Rituals for the Full Moon

For each Full Moon I build an altar to practice gratitude, a space where I can really feel into all the abundance of this moon cycle.

I also really love to use scent in all my rituals and this month I'll be using the deep and mysterious Cancer Wax Melts on my altar as I relax into my space.

Cancer is all about connection to home and family, so doing something that makes the home more cosy is a great idea or spending time at home with family too.

Lastly, Cancer is a Water sign so taking time to connect with water, either spending time near a body of water, taking a nice long bath or creating your own flavoured water at home are really lovely ideas..
