What is Thai Yoga Massage?

Thai Yoga Massage is a unique blend of deep tissue massage, acupressure and applied yoga stretches which will leave you feeling completely relaxed and blissful.

Unlike most massage treatments, Thai Yoga Massage doesn't involve a msaage couch or any oils, it is given on comfortable mat on the ground, and you remain fully clothed throughout the entire treatment.

Your massage therapist will use stretching, rocking, pulling and pressure techniques to help relieve tension and pain while increasing relaxation, flexibility and circulation.
