Join me as I invite you to get yourself nice and cosy in your own comforts as I guide you into a full yoga nidra.
They say that practicing yoga nidra for an hour is as beneficial for the body and mind as 4 hours of sleep!!
Carving out a little "me time" during your day is so important for our general wellbeing and attending these sessions live will encourage you to really step into the energy of the practice and create a space for yourself without distractions.
All you need to do is log in and have your blankets, props and anything else you like to have to help you relax with you. Then you just get comfy and let the yoga nidra guide you into a relaxed space.
If you can't make it live, these sessions will be available to replay as an audio only inside my membership on all tiers, starting at just £5.55 a month.
