Winter Solstice Self Care Day Retreat

Slow down and nurture your mind and body as we take a journey into the themes and magic of the Winter Solstice.

This day retreat is split into three workshops, so you can choose to attend just one, a couple or all three!

Workshop 1 - 10am-12pm

Yoga Workshops

Happy Hips & Hamstrings.

A juicy 2 hour workshop practice where we can begin to learn to release tight hips and hamstrings.

Workshop 2 - 12pm-2pm

Winter Solstice Retreat

Learn about the magic of Yule & Imbolc as we move towards the end of the year and begin making plans for a new year.  

Session Includes

-Oracle Cards

-Meditation

-Journaling Space

-Intention Setting

-Share Circle

This workshop will be a relaxed informal chat/circle style session, so feel free to bring any food or snacks to munch on while we chat!

Workshop 3 - 2pm-4pm

Winter Crafts - Create your 2024 vision board

Finish your day by crafting something to keep as a reminder of the intentions and magic you've created through the day.

We will begin with a chat about how to create a vision board and the importance of having one.

All sessions are beginner friendly.

For the day you will need

-A yoga mat

-Any props you normally practice with

-A water bottle

-A journal or notebook

-Any specific images you might want for your vision board
