• Gratitude Practice: Participate in a guided gratitude practice designed to cultivate a heart-centered mindset. This practice will help us acknowledge the positive aspects of our lives and set a grateful tone for the upcoming month.
• Journal Space & Questions: Take some time for introspective journaling with guided questions that encourage deep reflection and clarity. This will be a moment to connect with your inner self and articulate your intentions and desires for the new lunar cycle.
