Imbolc Day Retreat - Welcoming The Light

Honour the wheel of the year turning by joining me for this day retreat where we will learn all about the themes of Imbolc, move the body with yoga and create our own Imbolc themed crafts.

Day Schedule

10.00 -10.30am - Arrival & Welcoming

10.30 - 12.00pm - Imbolc Overview & Hatha Yoga Practice

12.00 - 1.00pm - Imbolc Themed Yoga Nidra Practice

1.00 - 1.45pm - Lunch (You can choose to pop out, or bring food to share with the group)

1.45 - 3.00pm - Yin Yoga Practice

3.00 - 4.00pm - Imbolc Crafting Session

4.00 - 4.30pm - Cake & Coffee, Closing & Goodbyes
