About the Event

Our healthy hamstrings workshop will help you to stretch out tired and aching legs, as well as learning how to lengthen the hamstrings to help release the legs and hip and support your forward folding poses.

Join me for this workshop style event where we break down the poses and practice flows to get into those big muscles in the backs of the legs!

This workshop is perfect for you if 

  • you're a runner or take long walks
  • you suffer with tight hips and legs
  • you sit for long periods of the day
  • you simply want to deepen your yoga practice!

The session will end with a 45 minute deep and relaxing yoga nidra to help your body and mind rest after your practice, the ultimate end to any yoga session!
