Service Description

This extended seasonal yoga practice is a gentle invitation to slow down, turn inward, and embrace a sense of deep rest as the wheel of the year turns. Inspired by Samhain, this session offers space to release, reflect, and soften both body and mind, allowing you to fully honour this quieter, more introspective time. The practice will begin with a guided meditation, helping you to settle the mind, connect with your breath, and gently let go of what you no longer need to carry. From here, we will move into an extended, slow and supportive yoga practice designed to encourage softness in the body, release tension, and create a sense of ease and spaciousness. We will then close with a long, nourishing relaxation, giving you time to fully rest, integrate the practice, and simply be. This workshop is ideal if you are craving stillness, rest, and a chance to step back from the busyness of everyday life. It offers a supportive space to release, reset, and reconnect with yourself without pressure or expectation. No prior experience with seasonal practices is needed, just a willingness to slow down and meet yourself where you are. You will leave feeling deeply rested, grounded, and supported, with a sense of calm and quiet clarity as you move into the darker, more reflective phase of the year.
