Service Description
This extended seasonal yoga practice is a gentle invitation to slow down, ground your energy, and reconnect with a sense of nourishment and appreciation as the wheel of the year turns. Inspired by Lammas, the first harvest, this session offers space to reflect on what has grown, while creating room to receive and replenish. The practice will begin with a guided meditation, allowing you to settle the mind, connect with your breath, and gently cultivate a sense of gratitude and presence. From here, we’ll move into an extended, slow and supportive yoga practice designed to help you feel rooted, release tension, and move with steadiness and ease. We will then close with a long, nourishing relaxation, giving you time to fully rest, integrate the practice, and absorb the benefits of the session. This workshop is ideal if you’re craving a sense of grounding and nourishment, a chance to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself without pressure or urgency. No prior experience with seasonal practices is needed, just a willingness to slow down and meet yourself where you are. You’ll leave feeling more centred, supported, and restored, with a deeper sense of gratitude and connection as you move into the next phase of the year.
