Service Description
This extended seasonal yoga practice is a gentle invitation to awaken your energy, soften into your body, and reconnect with your natural sense of flow as the wheel of the year turns. Inspired by the vibrant, expansive energy of Beltane, this session offers space to explore vitality and movement while staying grounded, supported, and at ease. The practice will begin with a guided meditation, allowing you to settle the mind, connect with your breath, and gently tune into your inner energy. From here, we’ll move into an extended and supportive yoga practice designed to help you release tension, build warmth in the body, and move in a way that feels intuitive and fluid. We will then close with a long, nourishing relaxation, giving you time to fully rest, integrate the practice, and allow the body to absorb the benefits of the session. This workshop is ideal if you’re craving a sense of renewed energy without overwhelm, a way to reconnect with your inner spark while still honouring your need for calm and spaciousness. No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to move gently and meet yourself where you are. You’ll leave feeling more connected, energised, and supported, with a renewed sense of flow as you move into this brighter, more expansive phase of the year.
