Service Description
This extended seasonal yoga practice is a gentle invitation to soften into your body, connect with your inner light, and fully embrace the expansive energy of the season. Inspired by Litha, the height of summer, this session offers space to explore warmth, openness, and vitality, while remaining grounded, calm, and supported. The practice will begin with a guided meditation, allowing you to settle the mind, connect with your breath, and gently tune into a sense of presence and inner radiance. From here, we’ll move into an extended, slow and supportive yoga practice designed to help you open the body, build gentle warmth, and move with ease and fluidity. We will then close with a long, nourishing relaxation, giving you time to fully rest, integrate the practice, and absorb the energy of the session. This workshop is ideal if you’re craving a sense of balance between energy and ease, a way to feel more open, connected, and alive without overwhelm. No prior experience with seasonal practices is needed — just a willingness to slow down and meet yourself where you are. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more spacious, and gently energised, with a deeper connection to yourself and the fullness of the season.
