Service Description

This extended seasonal yoga practice is a gentle invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself as the wheel of the year turns. Inspired by the energy of the season, this session offers space to rest deeply while cultivating clarity and balance within both body and mind. The practice will begin with a guided meditation, helping to quiet the mind, settle the nervous system, and gently connect you with the theme of fresh beginnings. This will be followed by an extended, slow and supportive yoga practice, allowing you to move mindfully, release tension, and reconnect with your breath. We will then close with a long, nourishing relaxation, giving you time to fully rest, integrate the practice, and simply be. This session is ideal if you’re craving calm, spaciousness, and a chance to pause, reflect, and reset. No prior experience with seasonal practices is needed — just a willingness to slow down and meet yourself where you are. You’ll leave feeling rested, centred, and gently supported as you step forward into the next phase of the year with clarity and ease.
