Service Description

This extended seasonal yoga practice is a gentle invitation to slow down, restore balance, and begin to let go as the wheel of the year turns. Inspired by Mabon, the autumn equinox, this session offers space to reflect, soften, and release what is no longer needed, while creating a sense of steadiness and ease within. The practice will begin with a guided meditation, allowing you to settle the mind, connect with your breath, and gently tune into a sense of balance and inner awareness. From here, we’ll move into an extended, slow and supportive yoga practice designed to help you unwind, release tension, and move with softness and intention. We will then close with a long, nourishing relaxation, giving you time to fully rest, integrate the practice, and allow the body and mind to settle. This workshop is ideal if you’re craving space to pause and reset, a chance to come back into balance while gently releasing physical, mental, and emotional tension. No prior experience with seasonal practices is needed, just a willingness to slow down and meet yourself where you are. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and deeply restored, with a greater sense of clarity and calm as you move into the quieter, inward phase of the year.
